1997

Groupe Aramis is founded by Mirco Cristoni, establishing a managed IT services offering and hands‑on support for SMEs.

1999

Groupe Aramis is officially incorporated, strengthening governance and operations and paving the way for a shift to cloud solutions.

2005

Launch of SBackup, an online backup service 100% managed and supervised by our expert technicians on your behalf.

2013

Launch of LTBackup and ProBackup, online backup products with a management console for MSPs.

2014

Launch of MedicBackup, an online backup service for the healthcare industry, 100% managed and supervised by our expert technicians on your behalf.

2015

After 10 years of business success, Online Backup Solutions became ITCloud.ca (your IT department in a Canadian cloud). Our corporate directive was to increase the range of products offered by adding cybersecurity and business productivity solutions while adopting a more ambitious growth strategy by positioning itself as a Canadian Cloud Distributor.

2017

Expansion of our range of cloud computing solutions with the signing of new Canadian distribution agreements:

• ITCloud.ca becomes the first Bitdefender distributor for MSP cloud computing solutions in Canada
• ITCloud.ca signs the first MOOC Office 365 distribution agreement in Canada, a training platform for our reseller partners’ customers

2018

Two major advances for ITCloud.ca and its partners:

• ITCloud.ca becomes a Microsoft 2-Tier Distributor in Canada and participates as an exhibitor at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (Inspire-Las Vegas)
• ITCloud.ca acquires Cloud-IT, a 2014 winner of Microsoft’s prestigious Canadian Partner of the Year award, which migrated more than one million seats to the Microsoft cloud.
